ProsodyAI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for our subscription plans and services available at prosodyai.ai and through our mobile applications.
The ProsodyAI Free plan provides 10,000 characters per month at no cost. No payment information is required, and there is nothing to refund.
ProsodyAI offers the following paid subscription plans:

You may be eligible for a full refund if:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically processed within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time:
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on the number of full months remaining in the subscription, minus the discount received. Refund requests for annual plans must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
